Two Prayers

This two prayers is really controversial for me because I have read this verse and I think rather I share it with you 

I read a fellowship morning book and it always comes in my mind and in my thoughts I said yes Salomon's prayer isn't popular than Jabez prayer  

But Salomon is more successfully and more greater than Jabez in the throughout biblical history 

It is because Jabez prayer is too selfish but Salomon's prayer is with a lowlines

Read the verse below to convince you how to use to pray. Whose prayer do you choose as your prayer?

And Jabez called on the God of Israel, saying, Oh that thou wouldest bless me indeed, and enlarge my coast, and that thine hand might be with me, and that thou wouldest keep me from evil, that it may not grieve me! And God granted him that which he requested.

1 Chronicles 4:10 KJV

Now, O Lord God, let thy promise unto David my father be established: for thou hast made me king over a people like the dust of the earth in multitude.  Give me now wisdom and knowledge, that I may go out and come in before this people: for who can judge this thy people, that is so great?

So, which prayer are you doing?

Many people are favors Jabes prayer rather than Solomon's prayer.

Why?

Because many people are selfish. 

Many of us and somehow pray like Jabes, not like Solomon.

Though praying like Solomon is better and more blessed than the prayer of Jabez. Please read the above verses compare these two Prayers and you will understand how we should pray. 

Is the prayer of Jabesh true? Yes, of course. But it is even better for Solomon's prayer because his prayer is full of humility and self-denial. And that is pleasing to God
